Sarah Davis is an experienced General Counsel, Executive Coach, Board Trustee, and Non-Executive Director. She now works as a fractional General Counsel and a leadership Coach for executives in the legal, media and arts sectors.
Previous roles include General Counsel at Guardian Media Group for many years including during the Leveson Inquiry into phone hacking, Wikileaks and the Edward Snowden investigations and where she played a pivotal role in the organisation’s corporate restructuring and international expansion into the US and Australia. This was followed by a period as Group Legal Affairs Director at ITV plc.
In addition to role as a Trustee of the Women’s Prize, Sarah is Vice Chair of UNICEF UK and a Non-Executive Director of the International Catalogue Raisonne Association. She previously served as Chair of Poet in the City, an National Portfolio Organisation and as Vice Chair of The Media Trust.
She is married to professional musician Harry and lives in London.
